What I Do for Buyers: Communicating New Listings Quickly

I am addicted to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I constantly go online to check it throughout the day. As properties come onto the market I know immediately if it’s a location that one of my buyers may like. I quickly visit the property so I can evaluate if the amenities, condition, floor plan, architecture, and yard areas are appropriate for my client.
I call my client and email to them the multiple service listing information so they can view a photo or photos of it. I also set up automatic emails for my clients so they see the listing quickly themselves. Once we view the property I am able to communicate if the asking price is at the market value or too high or in some cases too low and may receive more than one offer.
