What I Do for Buyers: Identifying Your Needs and Lifestyle

In order to be effective as a real estate agent, it’s important to spend some time interviewing clients about their lifestyle prior to beginning a search for a new home.  I always try to do this in their current living space.  This way I am able to see how they live, the rooms that are important to them, and the type of architecture they are drawn to.

I find this is an incredibly important meeting to establish what the requirements of the new home will be. It makes the real estate process so much easier for both agent and client if only homes that the client might truly be interested in are considered.
