I’ve been involved in the Oakland Hills community for over sixteen years: my entire real estate career. I’ve chosen to stay in this market because it remains one of the most exciting places to live in the entire Bay Area. I’ve seen over 90% of homes that have been sold in this area over the course of my career, and I have an intuitive sense of the benefits each neighborhood and each address have to offer.
Many of the desirable characteristics you’d expect to find in a more suburban environment are here at the heart of the East Bay: great weather, new & remodeled homes, low crime, good schools, and a friendly neighborhood environment –all without the commute!
And of course, one of the biggest attractions in the entire Bay Area is the East Bay Regional Park System, just a short drive, and in many cases walk, away from many of the neighborhoods in the Oakland Hills.
