I know, most Berkeley residents would protest that their home is not in the Oakland Hills, but the Berkeley Hills remain an area in which I specialize because the neighborhood features a number of characteristics similar to what my Oakland Hills clients are seeking.
Berkeley, famous the world over as the site of the University of California, is one of the most dynamic Bay Area cities in which to live. The diversity, cultural attractions, and architectural styles within Berkeley’s environs are simply unmatched by any city of its size.
Berkeley Hills homes in particular, are some of the most desirable homes in the East Bay, offering terrific views of San Francisco, Oakland, and Marin County. Homes in the Berkeley Hills also have the advantage of being close to a number of desirable shopping and eating districts, including Claremont, Elmwood, Rockridge Downtown Berkeley, and North Berkeley.
