Redwood Heights Neighborhood - Oakland, California

Redwood Heights is a neighborhood featuring homes primarily from the 1920s to the 1950s, making it one of the oldest neighborhoods in modern Oakland. It is bisected by Redwood Road, a former logging route. Homes in the area are well-known for their exquisite maintenance and extensive lawns and gardens, characteristics that are encouraged by the Redwood Heights Improvement Association. Membership in this Association is voluntary, and requires only a nominal $10.00/yr fee.

Redwood Heights features fabulous views of the surrounding East Bay Regional Parks as well as of the San Francisco Bay and Downtown Oakland.
